How we handle your data

Only the sources you approve, and only after the agreement is signed. You can leave out any system, folder or record type.

Access is read-only, so we can’t change or delete anything in your systems. It is revoked when the project ends.

We remove personal and customer-identifying information, such as names, email addresses and phone numbers, before data leaves processing.

No de-identification method is perfect. If a source holds information you can’t risk sharing in any form, leave it out of scope.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

We keep the original datasets only as long as processing takes, then delete them. How long we keep the processed data is written into your agreement.

Processed data is licensed to AI labs and research teams to train models. It is not published, and it is not sold to your competitors.

Scope, data use, retention and payment are set out in writing. You sign it before we get any access.

Only share data your company has the right to share. Some customer and vendor contracts restrict how data can be used, so check them, or ask us and we’ll go through it with you.
