These terms govern your use of grepped.ai and the messages we send. The site and services are run by Grepped AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

Deals, referrals and partnerships are governed by the separate written agreement for each one, which takes precedence over these terms.

Only submit data, descriptions or referrals you have the right to share. Don’t misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorisation, or submit false information.

Estimates on the site are indications, not offers. Nothing is binding until both sides sign an agreement.

Program: Grepped AI conversational texts. We text people who contacted us first and gave us their number, about their enquiry, referral or deal.

Frequency: varies with the conversation. Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Help: reply HELP, or email e@grepped.ai.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy; we never share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Grepped is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
